Ep 02 – Tony Horton – How to Biohack Your Workout

In today’s show I sit down with none other than the P90 X man himself Tony Horton. This is a special interview for me because Tony Horton has been a mentor of mine for years even before he knew it. He is someone that helped me get into the health and fitness space, he inspired me to regain my health when I got sick back in 2010/2011 and I’ve done more workouts with this man than perhaps any other human on the planet; even if we’re talking about putting in a DVD into a DVD player or my computer and doing it at the gym alongside him. As weird as it sounds, yes it is pretty weird, but Tony has had a huge impact on my life, he’s made massive changes in my own health and my mindset. He’s one of the true innovators in the health space because he helped to make health and fitness fun again and in area where it can get stale and boring and taken way too seriously.

Tony and I had a blast on today’s interview; we got into some awesome content that he hasn’t covered in any other interviews; it was really exciting. We talked about the physiological differences between people that make health and fitness a life-long activity and the people who lose so much weight and take pretty impressive after pictures to then go right back to looking the same way they did before they started working out just a few months later. We discussed his favorite workouts, bio hacks he uses to stay young energetic in his late 50s and much more. So without further ado please sit back, relax and enjoy my conversation with p90x man himself, Tony Horton.
