Ep 04 – Laird Hamilton – How to Biohack Your Mindset

In today’s episode I sit down with the greatest big wave surfer of all the time, Laird Hamilton. Laird is an American big wave surfer and co-inventor of tow-in surfing, the GolfBoard which  is like a giant motorized surf board for the golf course, he is an occasional action-sports model and has been featured in the documentary Riding Giants.

He is also a bestselling author of the book Force of Nature: Mind, Body, Soul and of course Surfing which has gone on to become the go-to manual for people seeking inspiration to live a healthy lifestyle. He is a contributing editor to the popular men’s lifestyle magazine, Men’s Journal and his passion for others to live happy healthy life is exhibited through his work and through various charities like Race Across America, Pipeline for a Cure for Cystic Fibrosis, Rain Catcher, Muscular Dystrophy.
