Ep 101 – Josh Hanna – Biohacking Anxiety and Stress with Cannabidiol (CBD)

In this episode, I sit down with Josh Hanna, CEO of Humboldt CBD, and a man I’m honored to call one of my friends. We first met a few years ago at one of my Biohacking Week workshops. He’s quickly become one of the top experts in the world when it comes to CBD and is one of the guys I go to when I have questions on the topic.

For those of you guys who aren’t familiar with CBD, it’s a naturally occurring cannabinoid constituent of weed, cannabis, marijuana, or hemp. It was discovered in the 1940s and can be used for anxiety, stress, and a bunch of other ailments that we discuss in the podcast.
