Ep 35 – Mike Whitfield – Biohacking Rapid Fat Loss with Metabolic Finishers


In today’s episode I sit down with Mike Whitfield. Mike’s story is one of inspiration, struggle and triumph of the human spirit. He used to weigh over 300 pounds and wear size 46 inch pants. After getting frustrated with all of the diet and exercise  misinformation in industry dogma out there that just wasn’t working, he finally ended up losing over a hundred pounds and achieving peak athletic performance by creating his own metabolic stacking system that he refers to as work out-finishers.

Mike discusses the changes in mindset that had to take place in order for him to lose over a hundred pounds, how you can incorporate metabolic stacking and workout finishers into your workouts to get more results in less time.
