Ep 36 – Jason Maxwell – How to Biohack Hypertrophy and Build More Muscle

In today’s episode I sit down with Jason Maxwell of J Max Fitness. Jason is a certified personal trainer, FMS practitioner and he is dedicated to helping guys build more muscle, get leaner and increase their strength. His passion is helping people to lose fat, gain muscle and have a deeper understanding of intermittent fasting and all things health and fitness. His life long journey culminated in his current obsession with everything to do with fitness and nutrition, transforming himself from a fat kid growing up in a small town to the rock star personal trainer, online coach and writer that he is today. In his own words his current work is: “The result of me consistently screwing up until I finally got it right.”
